HPRP Lawyers

About the Firm

To realize HPRP Lawyers’ client objectives is the foremost consideration. Our experienced and dedicated lawyers, specialized paralegals, and related support staff provide active advisory assistance, strategy advisement, and creative support with quick responses around the clock. The firm takes pride in the long-standing relationships which it builds and maintains with its clients.

HPRP Lawyers aims to provide first class legal services for local and international clients through maintaining and expanding its presence worldwide. In order to be able to give comprehensive legal services on a global scale, the firm has joined the Meritas Alliance, a global alliance of independent law firms. Recently, the firm took its global access to an even higher level by allying with the international law firm Taylor Wessing. For wider regional access and to enhance its services, HPRP Lawyers has taken the initiative with 8 leading law firms in North Asia and South East Asia to form the ASEAN Plus Group. However, the initiative in this alliance still safeguards the firm’s status as an Indonesian law firm which has access to international legal services.

Marking its 25th anniversary this year, HPRP Lawyers has launched two books, “Indonesia’s Negative Investment List” and “Aircraft Financing – Theory and Practice”, as our contribution to national, regional, and international legal developments. Other than as an additional service for clients, we hope those books can serve as a handbook for business practitioners undertaking investment in Indonesia in accordance with the existing regulations, and ultimately increase investment in Indonesia.
